Job purpose

Genus Innovation is experiencing significant growth in its B2C e-commerce sales vertical. The company offers its products through various online portals, aiming to provide customers with a seamless and efficient shopping experience. As part of its expansion, Genus is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage the entire post order activities from payment to delivery goods process.

The Person will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all activities from order /collection to delivery of goods. This role involves ensuring that the e-commerce operations run smoothly, efficiently, and aligning with the company's growth objectives.

It covers from order form customer, collection, dispatch, delivery and Inventory Management with complete business transaction and reconciliation.

Roles and responsibilities

 Manage the end-to-end order process, from collection to dispatch with complete flow order to cash and reconciliation of payment, collections, sales and inventory of all ecommerce market place such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart & Genus Shopify Website.

 Checking, verify and Payment of E-commerce vendor’s services and monitoring of performance.

 Preparation and monitoring all reports of complete e-commerce sales, inventory reports and reconciliation with business analysis and budget preparation and Expenses reporting and approvals.

 Co-ordination with the cross function team , involvement of complete audit of the process, all invoicing are done within 24 hours from order/ collection and manage dispatch and inventory

 Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatched and delivery of goods.

 Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

 Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

 The personal shall manage a team of 2-3 team members

Desire qualification and experience

 Bachelor's degree in Business or commerce or master degree, CA-Inter/ICWA - Inter

 Proven relevant experience in managing online sales platforms of 2-5 years in SAP. Knowledge of advance Excel.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
