Job Description
- Handle Yatra and travel-related calls, queries, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Manage registration of yatris and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel logistics including hotel bookings, transportation (bus, etc.), and itinerary planning
- Arrange food, accommodation, and other activities during yatras
- Provide on-ground support and assistance during yatras to ensure smooth execution
- Remain flexible and available for travel as per Yatra requirements
- Manage backend operations including documentation and office coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for bookings and logistical arrangements
- Handle billing processes, invoice verification, and settlement of accounts related to Yatra activities
