Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

• Experience in digital marketing creatives and content optimization

• Understanding of print media and production processes

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for Associates' Telegram & WhatsApp groups

• Develop promotional materials for trips, travel, and events

• Create event-related visuals: invitations, banners, hoardings, signage, and posters

• Maintain branding consistency across all company materials and campaigns

• Plan and manage a content calendar for events, festivals, and promotions

• Design banking brochures and on-site banners for new townships and schemes

• Produce engaging video content and promotional reels for social media

• Create infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and blog visuals

• Support website management and project updates

• Track and analyze performance metrics of visuals across platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, including Gokul Kripa, to ensure unified branding

• Conduct regular training workshops for associates on social media and video editing
