About the Role


We are looking for a highly driven Senior Operations & Sales Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and drive our sales teams toward achieving company productivity and revenue goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with high-performance sales management.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities across departments.
  • Develop, optimize, and implement workflows to improve daily productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain seamless operations.
  • Ensure quality standards, compliance, and organizational guidelines are consistently met.

Sales Management & Growth

  • Lead, motivate, and support sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Set performance benchmarks and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help build systems that drive higher conversions.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure strong sales discipline.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Align operational processes with company goals and long-term growth strategies.
  • Implement productivity enhancement tools and structured SOPs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, sales leadership, or similar senior role.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, workflows, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
