Salary: INR 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Tally. Female candidates are encouraged to apply as they will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and benefits to effectively sell to clients.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Tally Course completion is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.
