Senior Sales Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales operations, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. Your daily responsibilities will include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating with clients, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Data Analysis, and Reporting
• Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and destination knowledge
• Ability to lead a team and work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel or luxury service industry is preferable
• Flexibility to work both in an office environment in Jaipur and remotely as required
