Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong ERP Tech Lead who can lead the development, customization, and implementation of ERP solutions while managing a team of developers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on ERP development experience along with leadership capability to guide a tech team, ensure delivery quality, and align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of ERP systems
• Manage and mentor the technical team (developers, testers, support staff)
• Translate business requirements into technical ERP solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of ERP modules and enhancements
• Oversee system architecture, integrations, and scalability
• Maintain system performance, security, and reliability
• Coordinate with stakeholders, management, and functional teams
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Troubleshoot critical issues and provide technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvement in ERP workflows and processes
• Technical Skills Required

Experience working on ERP platforms such as:

• Odoo / SAP / ERPNext / Custom ERP

Strong knowledge of:

• Backend Development (Python / Frappe / Java / .NET / Node.js)
• Database Management (MySQL / MSSQL)
• API Integration & Web Services

Understanding of ERP modules:

• Finance
• HR
• Inventory
• CRM
• Procurement / Operations
• Experience in system architecture & deployment
• Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus

Leadership Expectations

• Experience handling and leading a technical team
• Ability to assign tasks and monitor progress
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup / growth environments

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum to Minimum 3+ years of ERP development experience
• Proven experience in team handling / technical leadership
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle
• Exposure to SaaS-based ERP products
• Process-oriented mindset
• Client interaction experience

💰 Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum.
