Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications across our integrated ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a passion for clean architecture, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend, backend, APIs, and databases).
• Architect scalable and secure systems for the platform’s core modules (contract management, user dashboards, analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and legal/business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to our stack and recommend improvements.
• Manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and cloud infrastructure.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

• React.js / Next.js
• TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap
• State management (Redux / Context API)

Backend:

• Node.js (Express / NestJS) or Django / FastAPI
• RESTful APIs & GraphQL
• Authentication (JWT/OAuth2)

Database & DevOps:

• PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes (plus)
• Git, GitHub Actions / Jenkins (CI/CD)

Other Plus Points:

• Experience with microservices or serverless architecture
• Familiarity with legal-tech or agri-tech systems
• AI integration / data analytics exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience building scalable SaaS or ERP products
• Prior experience in startup or product-based environments
• Familiarity with domain-driven design
