We are hiring experienced Real Estate Telesales Closing Agents who can handle high-value property sales over calls and convert serious investors into confirmed buyers.

The role requires strong sales psychology, negotiation skills, and closing ability to manage investors from across India and successfully close farmhouse investment deals remotely.

This is a performance-driven role suitable for professionals who can independently manage leads, build investor trust, and deliver consistent results.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound investor calls regarding farmhouse investment projects.

• Present the investment opportunity, project details, and ROI potential in a professional and convincing manner.

• Identify serious investors and guide them through the buying process.

• Conduct high-level negotiations and closing discussions on call or video meeting.

• Build trust with investors and handle high-value property transactions remotely.

• Maintain proper lead follow-ups and investor relationship management.

• Coordinate with the internal team for site visit arrangements and documentation when required.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Closing

• Strong experience in high-ticket sales (₹5L – ₹50L+ deals)

• Proven ability to close deals over phone / video call

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle investors from different cities across India

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote / work from home environment
