SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and passionate SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage our clients search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with On-Page & Off-Page SEO, Local SEO optimization, and Google Ads campaign management to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Key Responsibilities:On-Page SEO:Perform keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.
• Improve website structure, internal linking, and page speed performance.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix crawl, index, and mobile usability issues.
• Optimize landing pages for better ranking and conversions.
• Off-Page SEO:Develop high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
• Manage content outreach, guest posting, and local listing submissions.
• Monitor backlink profile and disavow spammy links when necessary.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and apply best practices.
• Local SEO:Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) for maximum visibility.
• Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across online directories.
• Manage local citations and reviews to improve local rankings.
• Implement location-based keyword strategies and track local performance.
• Google Ads:Plan, create, and manage Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization.
• Monitor campaigns, track conversions, and optimize for ROI.
• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Understanding of website analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
