Service Engineer

As a service engineer at Meditech Systems, your core responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and technical servicing of X-ray machines, CR Systems, and C-arm machines. In addition to technical service, you will also play a critical role in driving Annual and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (AMCs and CMCs) by building trust with clients and explaining the benefits of ongoing service support.

• Install and commission X-ray Systems and C-Arm Machines at healthcare facilities.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and handle emergency breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware- and software-related technical issues.
• Document all service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Train medical staff on basic operation and upkeep of equipment.
• Actively promote and secure AMCs/CMCs by engaging with customers, explaining the service benefits, and negotiating terms.
• Ensure high equipment uptime and customer satisfaction through prompt response.
• Work closely with the internal team for spare parts and manufacturer support.
• Travel regularly across Rajasthan and the surrounding regions for field service.
