Shift Incharge

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting premium French breads, pastries, and cakes.
• Product Knowledge: Explain flavors and ingredients (like our signature Plum cakes or Black Forest) to customers.
• Sales & Billing: Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, attractive display and ensure the bakery remains tidy.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and energetic personality.
• Basic math skills for billing.

Hindi (हिंदी)मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• ग्राहक सेवा: ग्राहकों का उत्साहपूर्वक स्वागत करना और उन्हें बेहतरीन फ्रेंच ब्रेड, पेस्ट्री और केक चुनने में मदद करना।
• उत्पाद की जानकारी: ग्राहकों को हमारे खास प्लम केक और ब्लैक फॉरेस्ट जैसे उत्पादों के स्वाद और सामग्री के बारे में बताना।
• बिक्री और बिलिंग: कैश और बिलिंग मशीन (POS) को सही ढंग से संभालना।
• स्टोर का रखरखाव: डिस्प्ले को सुंदर बनाए रखना और बेकरी की साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखना।

योग्यता:

• बातचीत करने की अच्छी क्षमता।
• मिलनसार और ऊर्जावान स्वभाव।
• बिलिंग के लिए बुनियादी गणित का ज्ञान।
