🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and dynamic Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations during shifts
• Lead and guide team members to achieve operational and sales targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (as per SOP)
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting
• Train and motivate team members for better performance
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and reduce wastage
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
• 👥 Team ManagementAllocate duties and responsibilities to team members
• Maintain discipline and positive work environment
• Conduct on-the-job training and support new joiners
• 📊 Performance & SalesFocus on upselling and cross-selling
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Monitor store KPIs and improve performance

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in QSR / restaurant industry
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

• 🎓 QualificationMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
