Job SummaryThe Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. The role includes managing manpower, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and maintaining site discipline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage
• Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed at all times
• Maintain daily progress reports and site registers
• Check quality of work and report issues to the Project Manager
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity
• Handle basic site issues and escalate major problems
• Support project execution to meet deadlines
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in site supervision (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
• Knowledge of construction / electrical / civil site practices
• Ability to manage labor and multitask
• Basic understanding of safety norms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working ConditionsFull-time, on-site role
• May require extended working hours based on project needs
• Exposure to construction site environment

Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience & project type)
