We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring our brand to life across digital platforms and engage with our travel-loving community.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Executive will assist in executing Moustache’s social media strategy, ensuring high-quality content, timely posting, and active community engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about social media trends and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Scheduling:

• Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar.
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories.
• Work with the design team for creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy for different platforms.

2. Social Media Management:

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Monitor real-time trends and suggest ways to incorporate them into our content.
• Ensure timely posting based on optimal engagement windows.

3. Community Engagement:

• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
• Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and interact with customers online.
• Track and report customer feedback, queries, and concerns.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Social Media Manager.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics insights.

5. Influencer & Collaboration Support:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers and content creators.
• Help in managing influencer collaborations and tracking their performance.

6. Trend Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and industry best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify new opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Engagement Rate: Maintain desired engagement rate per platform.
• Follower Growth: Contribute to a targeted quarterly increase in followers.
• UGC Contribution: Source at least 15% of monthly content from user-generated posts.
• Response Time: Ensure customer queries and comments are addressed within 2 hours.
• Content Performance: Help deliver and execute at least 3 high-performing posts/reels per month.
• Report Accuracy: Provide 100% accurate weekly/monthly reports on content performance.

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion for travel, lifestyle, and digital engagement.
