Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
