• 🎬 What You’ll Do:Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit highly engaging short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Account Management: Assist in scheduling, posting, and managing our daily social media presence.
• Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and develop fresh ideas for posts, stories, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Analytics & Growth: Track engagement metrics, listen to our audience, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• ⭐ What You Bring to the Table:Editing Chops: Basic video editing skills (Proficiency in mobile apps like CapCut, VN, or InShot is completely fine!).
• Platform Mastery: A solid understanding of the algorithms and trends across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Copywriting: Basic content writing skills in both English and Hindi.
• Mindset: A creative eye, a hustler's attitude, and an eagerness to learn the ropes of digital marketing. Good communication skills are a must.
