Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Create daily engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.
• Plan, create, and schedule posts across all platforms to ensure a steady flow of content.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and engagement.
• Run Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, analyze performance, and make adjustments to improve ROI.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow social media following, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
• Edit photos and videos to create high-quality content that resonates with the audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media strategy with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a focus on content creation and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Facebook and Google Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging copy for diverse audiences.
