Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart and creative Social Media Manager who can handle our online presence and boost our sales through digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and be able to manage social media content and online order coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to generate leads and online sales.
• Plan and post engaging content on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create reels, edit images, and prepare creatives as per company needs.
• Apply basic SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding online orders, ensuring timely shipping and updates.
• Track order status and ensure smooth communication between the marketing and operations teams.
• Contribute to ongoing campaigns and bring fresh content ideas.

Requirements:

• Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential.
• Working knowledge of SEO and social media tools.
• Image editing and basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Reels/video creation experience is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (talented freshers may also apply).

Job Details:

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
• Working Hours: 8 hours 30 minutes (Monday to Saturday)
• Leaves: Paid Leave (PL) and Casual Leave (CL) provided as per company policy
