Job Description
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, edit, publish, and schedule unique content (posts, videos, graphics) for various platforms.
- Strategy & Planning: Create editorial calendars, define platform-specific strategies, and plan campaigns around events or themes.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users (comments, DMs) to build relationships and manage reputation.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (engagement, traffic, ROI) using analytics tools and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize future efforts.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinate actions.
