🧑‍💼 Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy and result-oriented candidate who can handle sales activities as well as social media marketing for Globe Communication.

The ideal candidate should understand digital communication services (Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, Voice/AI Bots) and be capable of generating leads through both online and offline channels, while maintaining strong brand visibility across social platforms.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities📍 Sales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and online channels.
• Pitch and sell Globe Communication services:

• Bulk SMS
• WhatsApp Business API
• Google RCS
• Missed Call & IVR
• Virtual Numbers
• AI Voice Bot & Chatbot Services
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and client demos.
• Follow up with clients and close sales within deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 📍 Social Media ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Handle page posting, hashtag research, caption writing, and designing (Canva or similar tools).
• Run basic ad campaigns for lead generation (optional but preferred).
• Respond to comments/messages and maintain strong community engagement.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and the sales team for creatives.
• 🎯 Skills & Qualities RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photopea/Canva Pro preferred).
• Understanding of business communication services (preferred).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both field + desk work.
• Self-driven, energetic, punctual, and target-oriented.

• Diploma/certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media (preferred).
