Social Media Specialist

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, disciplined, and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of Panchgavya Vidyapeetham across all social media platforms. The role involves content planning, platform management, audience engagement, and execution of paid advertising campaigns aligned with our educational and wellness mission.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage and monitor all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and publish daily/weekly content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Maintain brand tone, consistency, and professionalism across platforms

Content & Campaign Execution

• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions
• Create content calendars aligned with courses, events, admissions, and products
• Execute promotional and awareness campaigns

Paid Advertising

• Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
• Track performance, reach, leads, and conversions
• Optimize budgets and creatives based on analytics

Engagement & Reporting

• Respond to messages, comments, and queries professionally
• Monitor insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Suggest improvements based on data and trends
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in social media handling and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and ad managers
• Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe, etc.) preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
