Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update all social media platforms

• Plan and create engaging posts, reels, and marketing content

• Handle website updates, product uploads, and basic SEO

• Manage and monitor the company chatbot on website and WhatsApp

• Update chatbot responses and customer interaction flows

• Track analytics, run campaigns, and improve online visibility

• Respond to online inquiries and maintain brand consistency

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media and website handling

• Familiarity with chatbot platforms and automation tools

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Skills in content creation and basic graphic tools

• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing

• Strong communication and time-management skills.
