Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who is energetic, trend-savvy, and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, and senior strategists to execute social media content across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning monthly social media content calendars
• Handle daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write captions and micro-copy
• Coordinate with the design & video team for creatives and reels
• Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community management
• Track weekly analytics and maintain reporting sheets
• Stay updated with trends, reel formats, and platform updates
• Support senior team during brainstorming and client reviews

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in social media management
• Good English writing skills
• Basic understanding of Instagram/FB/LinkedIn algorithms
• Familiar with Canva or equivalent design tools
• Strong interest in trends, reels, and storytelling
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow

Good to Have

• Basic video editing
• Experience with Zoho Social or similar tools

Compensation

• Based on experience + performance incentives.
