Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, skilled in content creation, and able to translate brand goals into engaging online experiences that grow our audience and drive business results.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others as relevant
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Manage social media calendars and campaign timelines
• Oversee paid social campaigns (if applicable), including targeting, budgeting, and optimization
• Work with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors when required
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing
• Experience managing brand accounts or growing online communities
