Job Title:Business Development Manager – Software / ERP Sales (B2B)

Location:Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B software sales, especially ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth by selling software solutions to businesses across industries.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and references
• Pitch and sell ERP / software solutions to SMEs and enterprises
• Conduct product demos and client presentations
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
• Handle complete sales cycle: Lead → Demo → Negotiation → Closure
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams
• Required Skills & Experience:2–6 years of experience in B2B software sales
• Strong experience in selling ERP software (must-have)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to handle enterprise and SME clients
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Preferred Background:Experience in industries like SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT services
• Prior experience in field sales / corporate sales
• Candidates from Jaipur or willing to relocate

Salary Range:₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + upto 40,000 Incentives (depending on experience)
