Ensuring long-term plant performance through preventive maintenance (cleaning/health checks) and reactive repairs (troubleshooting inverters/AC-DC faults).
KRA: System Uptime, Technical Support, and AMC Growth.
KPI: Response Time: Attending to breakdown calls within 24 hours.
Generation Efficiency: Ensuring the plant produces units as per the solar design.
AMC Conversion: Signing new Annual Maintenance Contracts.
