• 🎓 Education: 10th Pass or Below
• 🌐 English: Not Required
• 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• ✨ Job Responsibilities:
• 🍽️ Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes: benne dosa, ginni dosa, lemon rice, coconut rice, tomato rice & more
• 🔪 Handle vegetable cutting, peeling & basic food preparation
• 🍛 Manage batter preparation & maintain authentic taste
• 🧼 Maintain kitchen cleanliness & ensure food hygiene standards
• 🥘 Ensure consistency in quality, presentation & taste
• 🔥 Follow all cooking & safety procedures
• 📦 Maintain stock of ingredients & help in kitchen operations
• 🛠️ Required Skills👨‍🍳 Expertise in South Indian cuisine
• 🍚 Knowledge of vegetarian dishes & Kerala-style cuisine
• 🍲 Steaming & dosa preparation skills
• 🔪 Good with chopping & food preparation
• 🧽 Strong understanding of food hygiene & cleanliness
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
