Sr. Store & Delivery Executive

You are responsible to handle the dry stores and equipment stores of TLPL and Zolocrust as well as deliveries to the airport, cash purchases and any other task assigned to you. Following are some store related tasks:

1.    Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order

2.    Arrange received materials as required

3.    Ensure that the materials are stored safely

4.    Keep a record of receipt and issue of goods

5.    Issue materials according to the requirements

6.    Dispatch purchase requisition for buying fresh goods

7.    Ensuring store is clean and free from pests

8.    Ensuring Minimum & Maximum inventory is maintained

9.    Make ad hoc/ emergency cash purchases from the market.

10. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

11. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

12. Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Financial

Controller (FC) and the physical count to be tallied with the inventory count.

13. Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.

14. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
