Store Assistant

Material Receiving & Verification

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders.
• Report discrepancies or damaged materials to the procurement team immediately.
• Update Purchase Receipt entries in the ERP system after material verification.

Project Oversight & Timely Execution

• Monitor ongoing projects to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and resolve project challenges proactively
• Escalate issues with actionable solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards

Storage & Inventory Management

• Store all items properly in designated racks, shelves, and bins for easy identification and access.
• Maintain accurate stock levels in ERP and update entries regularly.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile differences with ERP data.

ERP & Data Accuracy

• Ensure CREs update project-related data in ERP accurately and on time
• Validate ERP entries for timelines, material usage, work progress, and documentation
• Maintain ERP status for accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.

Material Issuing for Projects

• Check project Bills of Materials (BOMs) and issue required materials accordingly.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Inform procurement team about low stock levels or urgent material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
