Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers select products and provide information about pricing, offers, and product features.
• Address customer queries and complaints effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Promote store products and ongoing offers to increase sales.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
• Encourage cross-selling and upselling of products.

Store Operations

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure shelves are well-organized.
• Ensure correct pricing and labeling of products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Stock & Inventory Support

• Assist in stock receiving, counting, and shelf replenishment.
• Ensure products are adequately stocked and report low inventory to the Store Manager.
• Check product quality and remove damaged or expired items.

Billing Support

• Assist with billing and POS operations when required.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash and digital payments.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, supermarket, FMCG, or similar retail environment preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
