Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-friendly individual to join our Supermart team as a Helper cum Receptionist. This dual-role position requires assisting with store operations while managing front desk responsibilities to ensure smooth customer service and daily workflow.Greet customers and visitors warmly at the front desk.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and assist with billing or checkout queries.Assist in stocking shelves, arranging products, and maintaining cleanliness.
Support staff in handling deliveries and organizing inventory.
Provide general help to different departments as required.Guide customers to product sections and provide basic information.
Handle minor complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain daily logs, assist with paperwork, and support store management.
Ensure smooth coordination between reception and store operations.
