Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials (Raw Material, Finished Goods, Consumables).
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and verify material quantity and quality.
- Update stock entries regularly in ERP / Excel / inventory software.
- Manage storage and material issuing as per FIFO / LIFO system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Conduct physical stock verification and support stock audits.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and proper labeling.
- Report any damage, shortage, or discrepancy to management.
- Supervise and manage Store Assistants / Helpers.

- Basic Computer Skills (Excel, ERP systems)

- 🎓 Qualification & ExperienceGraduation or Diploma (Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Store or Warehouse operations (depending on industry)

- Timely material receipt and issue
- Proper documentation and audit compliance
