We are hiring an experienced Garment & Textile Team Leader to supervise daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth workflow in our wholesale garment unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in apparel production, inventory coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage production / warehouse / sales support staff

Monitor daily work targets and quality standards

Coordinate with management for order fulfillment & dispatch

Maintain stock movement, inward–outward records

Train and motivate team members for better productivity

Ensure discipline, attendance, and work efficiency

Handle basic reporting and daily updates

Requirements

2–5 years experience in garment or textile industry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of fabrics, sizing, styles, and quality checks

Ability to manage 10–25 staff members

Basic computer skills (Excel / billing software preferred)
