Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

Weekly Off: Sunday

Public Holidays: Half-day work

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers, quick to learn, and willing to take ownership of the store’s smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized environment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and handle stock replenishment
• Perform billing, order generation, and basic auditing
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Use MS Excel and store software for reporting and tracking
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Ensure proper documentation and timely communication through email

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and email
• Ability to type in English and Hindi
• Experience or understanding of inventory management and billing
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
• Quick learner – will be trained on two store management software systems
• Must have a valid driving license
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sense of responsibility

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience in store management or retail operations
• Ability to multitask and handle light administrative duties
