We are a company engaged in execution of solar power projects, including supply, installation, and commissioning of solar systems. We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Store Manager to handle inventory control and site coordination activities.

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for complete store operations including inventory management, stock accounting, reporting, site coordination, and system entries. The role requires strong control over material movement and proper documentation to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain daily stock reports. Ensure physical stock tallying and reconciliation. Monitor inward and outward material movement. Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue records. Ensure accurate stock accounting in Tally/ERP. Prevent material shortages and excess inventory. 2. Accounting & System Entries Record stock transactions in Tally. Maintain inventory registers and documentation. Perform regular stock audits and variance reporting. Manage online portal entries related to material and project data. 3. Site & Project Coordination Maintain site-wise material tracking. Prepare project-wise stock consumption reports. Maintain proper documentation of project-related data. Coordinate with project managers and procurement team. 4. Staff & Operational Management Manage day-to-day store staff operations. Ensure proper material handling and storage practices. Implement systematic store management processes. 5. Customer & Vendor Coordination Provide basic customer support related to material dispatch. Coordinate with vendors for inward materials. Maintain proper communication records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of stock accounting principles. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Good documentation and reporting skills. Basic understanding of solar project materials (preferred). Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage staff and coordinate with multiple departments.

Educational Qualification Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Business Administration preferred. Relevant experience in store management (preferably in solar, electrical, or construction industry).

Experience Minimum 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management. Experience in project-based companies will be an advantage.
