Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Implement strategies to optimize store performance and achieve sales targets.
3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure store needs are met promptly.

Sales and Customer Service:

1. Handle store sales, including upselling and cross-selling products.
2. Address customer queries and provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements.

Inventory Management:

1. Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
2. Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
3. Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain accurate inventory records.

Financial Management:

1. Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
2. Prepare and deposit daily cash earnings in the bank as per company policy.
3. Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

1. Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and other store operations in Excel.
2. Prepare regular reports on store performance, inventory, and financials for management review.
3. Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Team Management:

1. Lead and motivate store staff to achieve excellence in store operations.
2. Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
