Store Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle shop counter sales and attend walk-in customers
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plants, pots and gifting options
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
• Manage billing, basic accounting and daily sales records
• Maintain shop cleanliness, display and proper organization
• Call and message customers for follow-ups, leads and repeat sales
• Generate new leads through calling, messaging, field visits, offices, cafes, etc.
• Assist in business development and corporate/bulk orders
• Handle day-to-day shop operations and stock coordination

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, WhatsApp, Instagram)
• Sales-oriented and responsible person
• Interest in plants and gardening (preferred)
• Experience in retail sales/business development (preferred
