Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
🏢 Company: CIA Industries (Furniture Manufacturing Unit)
CIA Industries apni automatic machine based furniture manufacturing unit ke liye experienced Production Supervisor ki requirement hai.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Daily production planning aur target achieve karna
Labour team (carpenter, helper, machine operator) ko manage karna
Quality control check karna (finishing, fitting, polishing)
Raw material aur stock monitoring
Machine work flow supervise karna (ripsaw, 2-sider, clamp carrier etc.)
Dispatch ke liye final product inspection
Production report maintain karna
🔹 Candidate Requirement:
Furniture manufacturing field me 3–5 saal ka experience
Sheesham wood furniture ka knowledge
Labour handling aur site coordination ka experience
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/reporting)
Discipline aur leadership quality
