Supervisor/Incharge

Job Summary:The Supervisor – Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing the entire packing and dispatch operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality control, accurate data management, and timely delivery of finished goods. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and attention to detail to maintain operational efficiency and meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Production & Packing Management:

• Supervise day-to-day packing activities to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on daily production and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure all packed materials meet company quality and labeling standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth handover of finished goods for packing.

2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

• Manage the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients or warehouses.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments for transportation arrangements.
• Maintain records of dispatches including vehicle details, consignment numbers, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation (invoice, packing list, challan, etc.) is prepared and verified before dispatch.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain daily records of packing, dispatch, and stock movement in system or Excel.
• Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on production output, stock, and dispatch status.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and purchase departments for material requirements.

4. Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Supervise and guide packing and dispatch staff to ensure efficient performance.
• Conduct regular briefings, assign responsibilities, and monitor work progress.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to company policies within the team.
