Department: Supply Chain / Procurement


Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager who has strong knowledge of government bidding processes and tender submissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, handling government tenders, preparing bidding documents, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities-Supply Chain Management

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to reduce cost and improve delivery timelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, demand planning, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations.

Government Tender & Bidding

  • Identify and track relevant government tenders through GEM, e-procurement portals, and other platforms.
  • Prepare and submit government tenders, bids, and required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Handle complete tender lifecycle: registration, documentation, EMD, technical & financial bid submission.
  • Ensure compliance with government policies, tender guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical specifications, and approvals.
  • Maintain records of submitted bids, contracts, and tender results.

Vendor & Compliance Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
  • Ensure compliance with government norms, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Manage contract execution and post-award supply chain activities.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in government tendering, bidding, and procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of GEM portal and other government e-tender platforms.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience working with government departments or public sector tenders.
  • Knowledge of logistics, vendor management, and contract handling.
  • MBA or certification in Supply Chain/Procurement is a plus.
