Job Title: Surveillance Associate – Retail (Jewelry Stores)

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Role Overview:

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Associate to oversee in-store activities and ensure the safety and security of high-value jewelry assets. The role involves monitoring store operations, identifying suspicious behavior, and supporting loss prevention initiatives while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV feeds and store activity to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious behavior

Conduct regular surveillance audits and report any security lapses or risks

Coordinate with store staff to prevent shrinkage and ensure adherence to security protocols

Maintain records of incidents, observations, and daily surveillance logs

Support investigations related to internal/external theft or policy violations

Ensure compliance with company security standards and SOPs

Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies across stores

Stay alert during peak hours and high-value transactions

Key Requirements

1–3 years of experience in surveillance, security, or loss prevention (retail preferred)

Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring tools

Strong observational and analytical skills

High level of integrity and discretion

Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally

Basic reporting and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in jewelry or luxury retail security

Knowledge of theft patterns and fraud detection techniques

Ability to coordinate with multiple store teams
