Survey Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and map potential land parcels (agricultural, commercial, hospitality, industrial).
• Build direct relationships with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, measure approximate boundaries, capture geo-coordinates and visuals.
• Collect and verify basic land documents (Khasra, Jamabandi, Title chain inputs).
• Maintain structured inventory database with pricing benchmarks and negotiation bandwidth.
• Track emerging corridors, infrastructure announcements, and zoning shifts.
• Provide weekly MIS and actionable acquisition reports to leadership.

Preferred Profile:

• 1–4 years in real estate field sourcing / brokerage / land aggregation.
• Strong local network across Jaipur, Ajmer Road, Ring Road, RIICO belts preferred.
• Working knowledge of Rajasthan land records and revenue terminology.
• Confident communicator with negotiation orientation.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.

Performance Metrics:

• Verified land parcels added per month
• Accuracy of data and documentation
• Conversion ratio from inventory to mandate

FIXED Compensation: Fixed + Performance-linked incentives (inventory-driven model).
