Job Description
We are looking for someone who knows how to handle Swiggy and Zomato accounts for restaurants.
- Responsibilities:Manage daily orders on Swiggy & Zomato
- Menu upload, price update, and item availability
- Handle order issues, cancellations, and delays
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery partners
- Run offers, discounts, and basic ads
- Talk to Swiggy/Zomato support when required
- Maintain ratings and customer satisfaction
- Requirements:Must have knowledge of Swiggy & Zomato dashboard
- Restaurant background preferred
- Basic computer and mobile handling
