Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in Non - IT recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting (Jewellery Industry Experience is a plus)
• Good knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge in applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus and other recruitment tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
