Job Description
- Data Entry: Recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) in Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generating customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
- Accounting Operations: Maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company books to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Updating inventory records, including tracking stock movement in Tally.
- Reporting: Preparing financial reports, such as cash/bank books and MIS reports
