Job Title: Tally Operator / Accounts Executive

Location: Friends Enterprises

22, New Aatish Market, Jaipur

Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Quotations

Prepare daily sales bills and purchase bills using Tally.

Generate and manage quotations as per customer requirements.

Ensure accuracy in billing, GST rates, and item details.

2. Accounts Management

Maintain payment receivable and payable lists on a weekly basis.

Track customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.

Update ledgers regularly in Tally.

3. Record Keeping

Maintain proper records of invoices, quotations, and vouchers.

File and organize bills (physical and digital) for easy reference.

4. GST & Compliance Support

Assist in GST data entry (sales, purchases, returns).

Coordinate with CA and Accountant when required for monthly/quarterly reporting.

5. Coordination

Coordinate with sales and store staff for billing accuracy.

Follow up internally on pending payments as instructed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of Tally (with GST) is mandatory.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly deadlines.

Experience:

1–3 years experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Assistant (preferred).

Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply.

Salary:

As per experience and skill level offering 12 to 15 Thousand per month.
