Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoori dishes including kebabs, tikkas, naan, roti, and other grilled specialties.

Operate and manage the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.

Prepare and maintain marinades, sauces, and spice blends according to standard recipes.

Ensure proper preparation of meats, seafood, and vegetables for grilling.

Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent taste and quality.

Coordinate with the Head Chef / Kitchen team for timely food service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation.

Assist in menu planning and development of new tandoori dishes when required.

Maintain equipment and tools used in the tandoor section.
