Position: Tandoor Chef

Department: Kitchen / Food Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori items like roti, naan, kebab, paneer & non-veg dishes
• Maintain correct tandoor temperature and fuel management
• Ensure taste consistency, food quality & portion control
• Follow food safety, hygiene & kitchen cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with Head Chef & service team during peak hours
• Reduce food wastage and follow FIFO method

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as Tandoor Chef
• Knowledge of Indian & Mughlai cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physically fit and disciplined

Position: Fast Food Chef / Commi

Department: Kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fast food items like burgers, sandwiches, pasta, fries & snacks
• Ensure quick service and standard plating
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation
• Follow recipes, portion size & presentation standards
• Assist senior chefs during rush hours
• Monitor food stock & report shortages

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in fast food or café kitchen
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene & safety
• Speed, accuracy & teamwork skills

Position: Kitchen Helper

Department: Kitchen Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in food preparation (cutting, cleaning, marination)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, utensils washing & garbage disposal
• Support in storing raw materials properly
• Follow hygiene & safety guidelines
• Help during bulk cooking & events

Requirements:

• Fresher or 1–2 years experience
• Willing to learn and work in shifts
• Physically active and punctual
