Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Taxation Executive who will manage GST and TDS related work, including return filing, handling notices, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns within the prescribed timelines.
• Handle TDS return filing and ensure proper deduction and compliance as per Income Tax rules.
• Review and reconcile GST and TDS data to ensure accuracy in filings.
• Draft and submit replies to GST and TDS notices received from the department.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to taxation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect necessary data for tax filing.
• Stay updated with latest GST and Income Tax regulations and implement changes when required.
• Assist in tax assessments, audits, and departmental communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of GST return filing and TDS compliance.
• Understanding of GST portal and Income Tax portal.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and drafting skills for replying to tax notices.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
